Visualization of prebiotic chemistry

Cyanosulfidic chemistry and carboxysulfitic chemistry are two scenarios for the synthesis of small building blocks (e.g. amino acids, (deoxy)nucleosides, carboxylates, etc.). Crystallization is a geologically plausible way to purify some intermediates produced by these chemistries. Here I will discuss these two scenarios and have some examples of the purification of the prebiotic compounds by the crystallization process.
